Learned to love and practice pottery as a student of Lisa Dolliver (Earth Changes Pottery) in the Boston area.

In 2016, she created her first formal ceramic collection of vessels, each inspired by, and made in the practice of a specific Ceramic movement spanning 5 continents and 8 centuries.

As an undergraduate student of history and art history at Oberlin College, she continued refining her wheel-throwing skills and exploring her voice in clay.

In Chicago, Peri prioritizes handbuilding in addition to working on the wheel. Her perspective as a ceramicist and craftsperson continues to evolve.

She completed a teaching assistant program at Penguinfoot Pottery and is currently running Ceramica Peri out of another community studio.
